Today around 7:00 EST [RM]Otto-Gauss informed me, Aiden Pharar, CEO of the newly formed Ageira Technology and Engineering (formally, Incom) that Ageira ships are no longer allowed in Rheinland. He accused my people of being Liberty spies as well. As ordered, I ordered Ageira ships in the area to leave immediately. He asked what business Ageira has in Rheinland and of course Ageira business would be the trade lanes and jump gates in the area. I responded by saying that if Ageira is forced to leave then we would leave with our trade lane and jump gate technology with us. Rheinland military responded by saying that JG and TL would be nationalized in Rheinland. I was told that this was by order of the Vice Admiral.
So Mr. Vice Admiral please come out and talk to me instead of hiding behind a subordinate. Ageira has a perfectly legitimate reason for being in Rheinland and Ageira ships in the area did nothing to provoke a response of this nature. Ageira has nothing to do with any of the conflict between Liberty and Rheinland. Ageria's business is in every house of Sirius. Just because our headquarters are in Liberty does not make us spies. We spend most of our time in Liberty in Colorado anyway, away from the politics of New York.
So Mr. Vice Admiral please make contact so that this matter will be resolved peacefully. I don't want to have to remove anything from Rheinland and I know Rheinland does not want to travel around at cruise speeds.

Rheinland has no companies that can construct jump gates or trade lanes. If they really want to be stuck without them, let them.
If that's the case, I would suggest that Ageira - who has created every single trade lane and jump gate in sirius - shut down all lanes and gates within rheinland space.
See how they like it when they cant travel anywhere, and this 'ban' of ageira from rheinland will be over in very short order.

To point shall we? Due to the recent trading embargo Liberty has placed between Liberty and Rheinland by the Liberty Security Force, we unfortunately had to result in some form of the same actions. No, we will not be cutting off transports from and to Liberty, but any Liberty based organization is at the moment, on lockdown from Rheinland space other then Interspace due to their base ownership and licenses within Rheinland space.
Ageira is a Liberty based company that only operates within Liberty space, for all we're concerned you are just yet another one of their spies that Liberty has been sending in to Rheinland for months. So you can easily see our concern.
Oh, and of course forgetting to mention, as I know for a fact that you Mr Pharar are only a division leader of Ageira and of course not the CEO himself. Claiming to be him and threatening to take our jumpgates and tradelanes away would get you shot if you were within Rheinland. And to add, Ageira Technologies were only the developers of the jumpgate and tradelane technology, the technology itself has been spread out through out Sirius and is being used at whoevers advantage. I would suggest looking more in to your history, Mr Pharar.

I think that it is you that is mistaken about the history of Ageira. Ageira has an exclusive contract with Deep Space Engineering to build the JG and TL. This would mean that Ageira does in fact own the rights to the JG and TL by the nature of the contract with DSE. Also, the parts that make up the TL and JG themselves are manufactured at our Pueblo Station factory. The JG and TL parts are exclusively manufactured at the Ageira facility and then delivered to the the JG or TL sites. Also, Ageira has never failed to recover missing parts. With all these measures in place to prevent any outside parties from knowing how our technology works and how to build them it is hard to see where anyone would think that the JG and TL belong to anyone but Ageira.
I'm not sure where you get off claiming that AT&E ships are Liberty spies either. An Ageira ID states that the owner has the right to trade, escort traders, hunt pirate and terrorists.... The owner cannot participate in military operations. Therefore, the ONLY purpose that Ageira has in Rehineland is trading and checking JG and TL software and hardware.
//Finally, I am the CEO of Ageira Technologies and Engineering. As there were no administrative Ageira factions that I could find I decided to make my own. Just as you are the Vice Admiral of the faction Rehineland Military, I am the CEO of AT&E.

Apparently, you corporate types have trouble dealing with real authority.
The Chancellor himself has given me instructions to deal with you cretins, as he has far more important things to do then deal with insulted Liberty beurocrats. And so do I, so I shall make this brief as possible.
First off, stop acting as if we suddenly slammed this door in your face. This edict has been in place for months now; the only way you could not know about it is if you were, perhaps, blind and deaf. -No- ships from Liberty or under Liberty authority, military or otherwise, are allowed within Rheinland space. Too many "civilian" vessels have dared get close to our military bases, our fleets, our shipyards and secured sectors. We are at the brink of war, "gentlemen," and we will not allow Liberty to see any of our cards before they are played.
Secondly, again, your act bothers me. You are hardly the only traders and corporates to be effected by this necessary security measure. I'm sure the people at Universal Shipping are just as annoyed by your government's refusal to cease pressure for payment of your ridiculous "war reparations", and the subsequent spy attempts to uncover Rheinland secrets when we refused to kow-tow to your President's demands.
Thirdly, "your" gates and trade-lanes are in perfect working order. The routine maintenance crews, which by the way are made up of home-born Rheinlanders under the employ of Dauman Construction, have seen to it. These gates, all 14 of them, and the trade lanes that connect them, have been maintained for years now. If you pull these gates down, that will be seen as an act of sabotage against the State of Rheinland, and any operatives you send -will- be arrested and deported.
Fourthly, your company developed the Jump Gates and Trade Lanes, yes. However, you are not the only ones who can produce and repair them. Ours are still in perfect working condition, and will remain so for many years to come.
So, in plain terms; You aren't getting an apology, we aren't changing policy, these devices are no longer yours, so put your little "ultimatums" back in their bag and worry about your problems at home. Rheinland does not respond well to threats.

Yes it is true that the TL & JG system within Rhineland hasnt had a major failure in over thirty years.
The concern we want to bring to your attention is the JG systems, which inter-connects to locations
beyond that of Rhineland control / space.
JG technology both ends of a Worm-hole need to be continually realignment to guarantee safe and uneventful operation.
Yes the system is automated up to a point, although as time pass the need for manual re-alignment will be come more and more apparent.
Now that Dauman Construction has lost of full cooperation from both D.S.E & Ageira Technology and Engineering.
Alignment to even friendly space beyond that of Rhineland control /space over an extend period of time cannot be guarantee as 100 percent safe.
A situation that we believe needed to be brought to your personal attention.

Those gates and lanes are operated, maintained, and owned completely by the Rheinland authority. Meaning the Chancellor. If you were really workers under His glorious name, we would not be having this conversation. As it is, you are pulling a fabrication, and a bad one at that. You have no basis for your claims, no authority, and apparently no knowledge of our society. If you were really Rheinland workers, you would know of the God Chancellor, of the faith that drives us to our tasks, and of the love for the Fatherland above all other Houses. You would also be aware of the "Unioner" brand of pirates. As such, your choice of name is rather unfortunate...
Please, do not insult us by making such false claims such as being honest workers of Rheinland. You offend us by making such stupid claims, and only embarrass yourself with continued insistence that we should bow to your demands. With false claims as well.
