We wish to construct a planet-side facility on Planet Junyo. We understand if you deny our request to construct a complex on the planet and setup one on Ames Research Station. One of the reasons is to advance in medical field and the second reason is to improve a new compound to ensure a Nomad Insurrection can never happen again. Project A.N.A is to ensure this, but for it to work, we need proper space and sites to conduct these experiments to improve the compound. The entirety of which happens to fall within the confines of private property of the Samura corporation. You see Junyo is a major producer of food grade product and as such Samura maintains some pretty strict enviromental laws and guidelines. I will also be forced to ask you about the position your company places itself within the Sirius comunity. You have stated that you are a Zoner based corporation. Does this mean you are infact a Zoner owned corporation or just has either roots or friendly relations with said movement. I urge you to consider the fact that the more information you include within your application, the better your chances are. I am sure you understand that operating a corporation as large as Samura Heavy Industries is akin to running a large nation and as such it is expected that the applicant will be the one doing all the leg work as opposed to Samura personnel having to sort through endless paperwork to find out what is needed to be known. Our position is currently a low reputation, but the reason because of the other corperations of Liberty put down Zoners, due to their dislike of us for no real reasons, it is low. But I am keeping research in fields of medicine, biotics, and augmentations. Cryer Pharmaceuticals may claim to work on it, but my corperations has been working on such medical advancements for years before, even with my own research. About my corperation being Zoner or relations, a majority of eployees, including myself, are indeed Zoners. Other researchers that have been selected from applications from other worlds and governments, with the exception of Gallia. Lastly about the bio-research, I make no short-cuts, I myself conducts research in the field for hardware augmentations. If any of my employees take short-cuts, they will be punished under your government's laws. The hazardous chemicals are kept off-world, until it is needed. The base will be built on the ocean, after the success with Posiden Project, a self-sustaining prototype city, will be the basis of the lab center. Here is a image of the Posiden design. I have taken all of the information you have presented to the Board of Directors and they have instructed me of how to proceed with this request. The board seems to have taken a shine to your ideas as it turns out that our corporations have some areas of research that may coincide and provide benefit for both of our respective companies. When it comes to marine habitats, you will find that Samura Heavy Industries is currently the colony's leader and has invested considerable amounts of capital and man hours into this field. As such the board has instructed me to grant your request for the use of a section of the surface of planet Junyo, provided your company enters into a contract stating the rights both corporations would enjoy under our new business partnership. I am sorry to say that Samura will not be able to purchase any pharmaceuticals from your company as Samura is under previous legal obligations with Cryer in this area, however this does not restrict you from researching this field provided all our EHS laws and guidlines are followed. Below is an attachment of the contract Samura is offering for acceptance of your application, you will find it is adequate in protecting the rights of Samura's interests while offering your company the maximum amount of freedom in your chosen endeavors. Our attempts to hire pilots and such for the company have left the E.V Averon out there alone. If knowing of pilots looking for a corperation, please tell them that the SSC is looking for pilots and cargo ships. The E.V Averon will attempt to transport the needed materials, but it will be a slow process. I can start by collecting the scientifc reports and files on the sucessful augmentations we have completed. Note that some of these projects will be transfered.
