I have an idea / feature request. It might have been brought up before or even included in 2.0 already, I didn't find anything to show that though. If that is the case, I apologise. If it isn't included in 2.0 it's probably too late to include now, but better later than never.
The idea: Make FAM use groups / directories for the accounts, preferrably with multiple levels, something like this:

* BAF|HMS-Pendragon

Well Korrd could try but unless the .ADF file got hashed...
People would just open it with Notepad and copy the details into the creation then...
And I can give out copies of FAM 2.0 over skype. Haha - Korrd fails at stopping that:P:P

Have used this tool on Old Windows to get account added, the export to file
On new windows Install used import file to retrieve the account i Confirmed on Registry that it is the one i imported but when i go to play the game it doesnt have any of the old chars

Well... Maybe the server deleted the chars...
If they were inactive for 40 days, they get deleted.
Also, what does this have to do with FAM?

I used FAM to Import/Export the account ID and,
they werer inactive for one day..

Were you on an administrator user at the time?
