Greetings leadership of the Colonial Republic. We haven't had the honor of talking with you ever since the alliance against criminal activity that plagues the independent worlds.

I must admit to being rather surprised at the details of the conversation you have attached. I have only recently fought alongside the captain of the Nightfall, and he did not seem the sort for this... idiocy. Perhaps the cowardice of the Gaul we fought has convinced him that war is unimportant. Perhaps he has forgotten what it is to be a true Colonial, and does not think of those we have lost to the Royalist menace.
There was a captain with a similar intention; I attach the conversation as an excerpt from the following communication for your reference.
I wish to clarify that the captain is a part of our reserve forces and speaks neither for our administration nor the majority inclination of the Republic's citizens. Our cooperation will be limited to against the above mentioned parties; the Colonial Republic will not join you in your war against Liberty.
