This is the second event of the open ended story: The Lost Asset
UPDATE 2: I get asked a lot whether this is a rp- or a pew event. The asnwer is: I cannot say. It depends on what the leaders of the both parties decide and how things play out. This is completely unscripted and the outcome is open.
Story: The IMG lost something. They suspect the Corsair have it. And from then on, it is a freely developing storyline with me handling the IMG side and Trueno handling the Sair side, oorply.
When: Friday, 21 GMT
What: Search and Rescue Operation in Omega 3
What exactly: Find "The Lost Asset" => more info in ingame briefings.
Who: IMG| and Benitez (Benitez can invite other Sairs)
All further information will not be revealed here, but the rp leaders will inform their players ingamely about what they need to know to fulfill the mission.
RULE UPDATE:
> Both groups will be searching for a wreck.
> If the wreck appears on scanners, the following has to be done:
* exit cruise
* announce position of the wreck on /s
* from then on, no more cruising for the ship.
=> Result: Interaction between the search parties, as no "hit&run" strategy works. We want to have interaction... in whatever form.

Rule addition:
> Both groups will be searching for a wreck.

=> Result: Interaction between the search parties.
Reason: A "find it and run away before the others can get there" end of the event is not desirable. Once found, some kind of interaction between the two search parties is what we are aiming for. How this interaction looks like, is for the leaders of the search parties to decide.
