OK so I was fighting the CoJs, I started to lag realy hard, so I said " we call this a draw ", the Maverick dude starts talkint to me that if IM fighting eith him and leave 2.5k, its a PvP death and I can't come back to the system. IS this true or what?
Then he started talking about his victory and that I can't come back to system.

Unless you die or dock within range of your target (15K), you're not PvP dead. So no, that's not true.

There was an old rule long ago that stated that if you run 10k+ from combat that you are PvP dead. This is probably what he was referring to. Poor fellow isn't up to date on his rules
