today i set up a rheinland military transporter and see that interspace was set to hostile via rephack...
so why is that, i mean is interspace not welcome in rheinland and if so why they have still a base in new berlin system??

In a nutshell: Interspace supported the Hessians, Rheinland found out about it and evicted them for supporting terrorists.

Was a bunch of useless RP between IC and Rhienland that ruined it for all playing an IC ID'd transport. Just another example of "official factions" ruining RP for everyone on server who is not part of thier groups.

Ryoken, I was wondering when you'd poke your head out.
Interspace's indies were caught numerous times smuggling to the Red Hessians, when Rheinland demanded Interspace do something about it to reign them in they were told 'They couldn't/wouldn't do anything'. So Rheinland decided to simply cut their strings and evicted them from Bonn and Rhienland itself, denying them access to their House and refusing to pay anymore debts to Interspace.
If you want to blame anyone Ryoken, blame the large groups of indies smuggling for the Red Hessians, don't blame the factions who decided not to tolerate their behaviour.
Bonn's being changed to RFP IFF next version to represent this change.
