As we bounty hunters claim bounties on pirates and Rogues, we never get paid even 1 month after we do it, so why is that? And also, there is a reason for this which I don't know about it. Or is simply Liberty now low in cash to pay Bounty Hunters for killing those pirates?

Mr Howard.

Thank you for your concern.

'Tis the season, as they say. 'Tis a season in which our office has found itself understaffed and rather preoccupied with various matters which have slowed the usual processing of bounty board claimants.

We had imagined perhaps there would be lesser numbers of claims during this period though seemingly not so. This has resulted in somewhat of a delay in processing due payments and the issue will be rectified by my office in the coming week.

Mr Howard I find it important to highlight that although you claim you are never paid even after one month of waiting, that payments prior to the most recent round have been prompt, orderly and regular. Your comments are inflammatory and slanderous of the reliabilty of our service.

I might also politely remind you that the availability of this employment is a privilege and is entirely subject to the discretion of The Republic Of Liberty, to wit that being paid to arrest dead or alive is certainly no right.
