Greetings Those at Liberty High Command.
Im not Sure how to go about this so im just going to be straight forwards with a Request, I would like to request Permission for a Artificial Intelligence Core Vessel of Cruiser Class to have Free passage through Liberty Space and permission for it to take residence there in liberty space if need be, i am more then willing to pay a fee or buy the Relative Permission card to ensure this.

Why?
You want us to allow an Aritificial Intelligence vessel equipped similarly to a Cruiser class ship, through our territorial space. Why would we do this?
You've given us no reason for the ship to be here in the first place, you've given us no explanation as to what the ship's purpose is, you've given us no assurances that it couldn't be easily reprogrammed by an unlawful organization with the intent to cause harm.
You have to understand, large synthetic warships have a tendency to scare people even more so than a ship controlled by humans, we'll need quite the explanation for this ship before allowing it to operate inside of our territory, the risk a ship like that could pose to people is just too great.

nice to hear from someone or in this case you, i ask that you forgive me for my lack of given information and formality's as i don't normally ask of such things or even ask of Liberty High Command, also as i had said i was not sure on how to ask such a thing, but i will try to give you requested information as best as i can so sorry for that and any inconvenience...

i would not like to bother any needed or required active Officer's or navy personal with an escort through liberty space as it would travel though which is why i ask for right of passage as some if not most units maybe be per-occupied with pirates or required daily patrols and i would hate for this AI Unit to be a problem by taking them away from a duty of higher rank, if that sounds about right, as there all doing a great job out there trying to keep the pirates away.
im sure you would want to know the reason behind the unit its self, which is why i also and now ask for a possible license card in terms of Nomad Research, the unit is designed to gather note's and nomad tech so that we can study and research the technology and with a better understanding put elements to use but i have also recently be come aware that the same parts can be used for multiple devices and ship components, rather then discarding these parts as done normally i would be happy to turn them over to Liberty personal and Ally Factions for use of these Craft device's and only for the use/Creation of these device's, for a very small fee of agreeable term's of course, should this be allowed i would be happy to work out an agreement with providers of these Craft device's, i would think the DSE and Officer/Naval personal and there Device manufacturing Bases/Plants more then anyone else.
i am aware the presence of this vessel can or may cause problems among other pilots, even so if it is allowed to supply ally device manufacture's with shipments of nomad's that are not needed for research done in nomad space, that are used for Craft device's for Liberty Officer's and Naval Personal, so in hopes of preventing those kinds of problems, its time in liberty space would be very limited, which is where the residence permission request comes in but only for docking reasons, as its time would be spent in nomad space or surrounding systems i only ask for residence permission so it can dock with a shipyard or a Specified Base for shipment reasons in liberty space should it need to dock or have a reason to, other then that it would simply be passing through.
For this i can only give you my word and remain by it, Pay a sum of Credits equal to the Cost of the Permits and other expense's and Offer Assistance against Pirates in Gateless Systems such as Alberta and surrounding Gateless systems that do not fall under Liberty Space.
the Requested Permits are:
Liberty Space: Docking Permit - Permission to Dock at Shipyards in Liberty Space (and Base's Ordered to by Officer/Naval Personal)
Liberty Space: Traveling Permit - To Freely Travel Though Liberty Space, Spending no more then 30mins in each system, Unless docking for Valid Reason.
Liberty Space: Nomad Shipment License - Supply needed Nomad materials as a favor to Liberty Officer/Naval/partnership ally's Base's and Platforms for Development of Craft Device's.
as said i would be happy to cover all cost's, and go about this after all cost's have been paid, but only if permission for this is given.
