Sometimes it happens when some Navy NPC kills a player. I dont know how it works, but apparently Ive seen Newark kill its share of Liberty Dreads, cruisers, and such.

Newark has a million turrets. But for some reason it never manages to kill the GBs since they go scurrying away when they're nearly dead.
