My name is Richard Cole.You might know me, or you might not. Me and my family want to make a trip to Nagano. You would think. "Why do you inform us about a trip?" Well as we are flying a big sized ship it might cause problems to the local traffic within Kusari.

We have some docking bays where security ships are moored. This might only contain ships which will have NO threat to the people of Kusari at all! As it will be used for the Temporary Autonomous Zoners to dock on for refueling if needed. There will be a security wing docked on it. Which will be used for the security of the vessel as well as using for recon. If some of the kusarian officers or militairy wants to investigate the ship from the inside, he or she is welcome to come aboard.

During this trip we are buying/selling from/to passing traders. At least if they want to buy or sell something. We are not to claim parts of your current trade merchandise, but if you need some additional supply which we could deliver it would be taken into consideration. And we might be able to change the course a little.

We will hold by the Kusari Legal Codex. And we hope for approval for the vessel i am now transmitting from to enter the Kusari house space. We will NOT try to dock this vessel anywhere within Kusari. But for this I hoped to get an approval for certain points to put on our defensive grid and take ourselves and our crew for some sleep.

Richard Cole of the T.A.Z konnichiwa. We see no major issues with your journey across Kusari. There are a few things to clarify first:
  • Your course should seek to avoid Gaul traffic: we do not need diplomatic incident in Kusari space.
  • We will not tolerate any fire upon Gaul traffic.
  • We require a list of ships that are docked, or will be allowed to dock upon the barge, an explanation of each, their identification, I.F.F, armaments, function and pilots. We realise you say they are no threat, but we need to confirm that for ourselves.
  • We require a list of materials you will be trading. Will this include travellers that are not part of the T.A.Z?
  • What is the purpose of your groups trip to Nagano? What will you be doing once you reach there?
We appreciate your assurances and are glad that you understand the terms of the Codex. We urge you to contact Samura concerning operations in Nagano to avoid any unnecessary conflict.

I can imagine you don't want any incidents within Kusari reguarding the TAZ and Gauls. I can ensure you we will not endanger your relationship with the Gauls.

As for the information you want me to supply about the ships which are docked on the Barrel.Roll. All ships docked on it will have TAZ papers. And if an inspection is needed from the KNF or the KSP i will grant his ship to dock and investigate it from the inside of the Barrel.Roll.

For the materials we are trading. It will mostly be pineal amulets which is our main export. For the ship itself it has the needed supplies. Where there is people there is waste. We will store it upon the ship itself. I did summarize it on a list you can find attached:

  • Pineal Amulets
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • H-fuel/Deuterium
  • Toxic Waste

As for our final destination it is not certain yet, We would like to visit some friends which we met in time who did settled on Planet Tomioka. Maybe to pay them a visit and bring some furs back on the way home. I know how some of us are desperately in need of a new wardrobe.

Arigatou for your answers Cole of the T.A.Z. We are glad you understand the tenuous diplomatic peace that exists in Kusari.
As we had hoped your list of wing members is entirely T.A.Z, your colleagues seem eclectic thought capable of handling the listed craft. We will trust your confidence that De Sonne is of legal age to pilot a craft.
We are also satisfied that your cargo will be safe to transport and with your destination of Tomioka. Our submissions to Nagano Vessel traffic service drew some attention from Samura employees. A customary introduction would surely confirm your status as friendly to their security wings.
