We are looking to upgrade our fleets with cloaking technology. Specifically we wish to procure 5 small cloaking devices powerfull enough to cloak a small combat ship. We have the technology to make these however, our small bases lack sufficient space for large scale manufacturing. That is where you come in.

We would like to present to you 2 scenarios and see what cost would be involved in either case, or even if you would be willing to accept us as customers.

Scenario one:
We would send a small team of technicians to assist your crew to build 5 small cloaking devices. They would only be there to supervise, and to provide details of how these cloaks would integrate into our vessels. You would obviously need to procure the nessecary materials to build the cloaks.
How much would you charge our organization to build 5 small cloaking devices?

Scenario two:
We would rent production space from you and send not only technicians, but also logistical personell as well. We would procure all nessecary materials to manufacture these devices and would only require minimal assistance from your engineers to assist us in the proper use of your facilities.
How much would you charge our organization to rent production space on your station, if this is something that is even possible?
