Greetings Lord Moka,
It seems that one of your Rogue groups is kicking the Liberty pretty damn hard lately, however they aren't that efficient in the way they only focus on one goal, that being capital vessels. So they came to me with a proposal, we can claim their kills if we assist them in said combat event.
A quote from the transmission I received.
All I need to hear is if you agree with their way of thinking and if you'll accept any killings that are registered on their name if we claim these in the future.
