Bonjour esteemed members of the Kusari Republic and Federal Republic of Rheinland,

I'd first like to introduce myself, or re-introduce myself. I am Prince Joseph DeFrance, the heir to the throne of Gallia. With my eldest sister, Aurelia, mentally unstable and my youngest sister off playing with her boring rebel toys... I'm left doing... this.

Pleasantries aside... let us get down to business, oui?

I wish to express my utmost interest in taking a tour through Kusari and eventually Rheinland. My visit to your respected houses is to strengthen relations between our governments, through various means... naturally. I'd suspect both military's to provide efficient security during these tours, as endangering my life would... be problematic.

I will not be attending this tour by myself, however. Marechal Xavier will be joining me in the tour to provide military insight as well as offer alternatives. A royal guard will also be accompanying me aboard a Valor class capital ship, the name will yet to be disclosed.

The Federal Republic wishes to express it's interest in such a visit, most of what we hear from the Kingdom of Gallia is through second and third-hand sources such as our friends in the Kusari Republic and hear-say from traders who have passed through the Tau Systems. Rheinland will welcome you inside it's borders so long as your intentions are peaceful and you stay on your flight plan to meet with representatives of the Bundestag.

" I believe that such a meeting between the Bundestag and yourself would prove quite fruitful economically for both parties should you choose to discuss it, once your ship and it's escorts are prepared to enter Rheinland Space inform the Bundestag and a Travel Pass as well as a secure flight-plan will be transmitted to the ship in question.

Prince Joseph DeFrance – it would be an honour to receive you on behalf of Kusari. I am glad to announce that the government have given us permission to oversee your tour to our House.
Our best and brightest will comprise a diplomatic escort: coupled with your own guard the procession is sure to instil fear in even the stupidest of criminals.
For your security, we advise a direct route to Rheinland for your tour – by way of Kyushu, New Tokyo and Honshu. We advise against visiting Hokkaido which contains hazards that interfere with sensors – causing unpredictable scenarios. Though I would personally recommend visiting Shikoku for its cloud formations and fish: many places serve the fish of Junyo, so it is not essential.
Upon your acknowledgement we will transmit suggested flight plans and liaise with your staff to finalise a schedule.
