Lancehead here.

You have already heard some rumors probably... or - knowing you - squeezed some information out of that poor bartender...
The woman you've met in the bar is Valeria Benitez. One of the Benitez Family. Corsair.
Her visit in Kepler was purely accidental apparently. Some jumpdrive malfunction or something... Idunno... I'm not good with this whole technical stuff... Anyway. Tomorrow, I will fly with her back to Omicron Gamma, to her home planet, to talk with their leaders. You will probably ask "Why would we want to contact the Corsairs?". The answer is quite simple: artifacts. If we could get into the artifact business, we could hit two birds with one stone. Even three. First of all, we'd make some cash we need so much. Second, we'd hit the Junkers hard. They are the main resellers now. And third... imagine how pissed the LPI will be.
For now, I figured that we will have to prepare a few aspects of such operation: transportation to Liberty borders, transportation within Liberty, fighter cover, planetside operations... we will also have to ship something back, the cracked software and tradelane codes from Ames probably.
What I want you to do is to think about it all. I'm sure you know a lot about artifacts and smuggling operations. From the other side. So think about it, find weaknesses and ways to counter them.

I'll talk to you when I'm back from Gamma.
Oh, and I guess this channel should work even when I'm there.

Lancehead, out.

Well, well,

whenever there's a woman showing up on the station and you're talking to her it's quite hard to believe in "accidents". But in this case I don't care what the original motive might have been, I like the idea you got there.
I'll make some sketches, twist some ideas in my brain and we'll talk about it once you're back or I'm done.
