Hey there, I'm Barret, Director of Libertonian Congress operations.
I've got the Liberty Navy all up in my grill because you guys were blasting them and then rushing on over to Rochester and docking (not to mention firing heavy ordnance in the vicinity of our base). Do you know why that's bad for business? It's because the Navy will start blasting Junkers if they think we're helping you guys. Can you see my dilemma here?
It is imperative that we don't have any more reports like this one. If something like this happens again, we're going to have to take drastic action. Please don't let it come to that.
I hope that this message is heard loud and clear.

So like, the other day, I was sitting in the Jersey debris field outside the excellent installment of Rochester base, I just sooo love the decoration there, you know!
Oh, anyway, I was sitting there, talking to a group of Torpedos when suddenly my scanners went all buzzing you know, gorram law, everywhere! I was like "Wuh duh ma huh tah duh fong kwong duh wai shung" and ran away. I ran to Rochester and docked without fireing a shot... that time *she blushes slightly*. I've considered Rochester my home for the past few weeks and would just like to say I would never intentionally danger the station, it's inhabitants who are just soo friendly to me, or it's reputation.
I do not know who fired what, but as my ship was setting down I heard large explotions outside and when I got to the first viewport I saw ship-debris floating around. As I said, I don't know what happened outside, but we were running, the ones who brought the fight to the station was the law.
As a most priviliged guest here, allow me to say I'm sooo very sorry for my part in this and it will never happen again, promise!

Well, Miss Suzume, it seems like a case of wrong place, wrong time for you. Although, you did follow the Torpedoes, who were clearly in trouble with the Navy, to Rochester. It looks suspicious.
Either way, now you know; if you've got the law on your tail, avoid Rochester.
As for my comm-details, just send a message along this signal, but don't get your hopes up, the line is fairly long.
Now on to Kinetic.Torpedo. This kinda is me talking to you. I mean, how am I meant to talk to you first when the Navy is banging on my door with reports and what not? I'm not psychic.
What your family does is not my concern. They're not the ones causing heat for the Junkers. I can assure you I won't lay a finger on them. If you want to take them elsewhere, it's no skin off my nose.
Let's face it, the Torpedoes are all over the news (hell, I've seen it myself) blowing up Navy capitals left, right, and centre. That takes balls. However, balls or no, I can't let someone declared an enemy of Liberty be seen docking on my base. It would cost us too much business.
I'm just looking out for my family; you can obviously relate to that.
