My name is Himura Suzume and I represent a small group of unaffiliated pirates. We come to you with a request and an offer.
We mostly operate in house space where we have allied ourselves with the Liberty Rogues but the sky can get a might crowded with lawmen. Our request is to be allowed to travel in your space and to have access to some of your facilities to repair, rearm and for some much needed rest and recuperation.
In return we offer slaves. While our primary pursuit is piracy, our connections and our habit to stay out of the law's grasp would allow us to transport them under the radar. Of course, as per your laws, we would also bring exports back into house space.
We normally operate in smaller ships, with no combat hulls larger than gunboats. If we were to come to an agreement, we would naturally not prey on any transports in business with you.

- To have docking rights on the planet Malta aswell as Cali base in the Tau-23 system.
- To be allowed to export Cardamine.

- Weekly delivery of slaves to Malta.
- Export of goods from Malta into house space.
