Bonjour Admiral Piett,
I would like to contact you et the Bretonian Armed Forces about a proposal of enhancing the already well-working cooperation between the defense forces of the Kingdom of Bretonia and the Assault & Security Division of The Gallic Council through a mutual arms deal.
The Council High Command tasked me with offering this proposal due to believing that the exchange of military technology between our nations would prove useful at repelling the attacks the Gallic Royal Navy on both the Leeds Frontier et among the Tau systems' asteroid fields. Et of course, further fighting alongside against a common enemy will definitely bring our people together.

In behalf of the High Command of the Armed Forces, I would like to inform you that further steps to enhance our future affiliations will be taken. Very soon we will have to work out and sign the technological agreement between our forces.
We may be two different groups but our goals and fate have placed us behind one line against the agressors of Gallia. Because of that we have to stick together and further improve our defensive and offensive capabilities. The best way to achieve that is via sharing of technology and knowledge about our enemy.

The time has come to finally discuss the details about the mutual arms deal between the Council and the Armed Forces. The Council has proved to be trustworthy, honorable soldiers and heroes, fighting with pride to protect their home from the tyranny of the aggressor - Gallia. Because of your brave actions to not only protect your own people but the people of the Realm - Bretonia, we are greatful to inform you that further steps are going to be taken in order to enchance our relations.
As first task we would kindly invite your pilots, crew members and engineers in New London Royal Academy, where you will be enlightened about the technology of the armed forces, both weapons and ships, and how to use them effectively. In return we would request the same from the mentioned above personel to train our soldiers and pilots with the unknown possibilities of the gallic technology you are currently using.
We know it may take some time for the people to be properly trained but with our combined efforts we should be able to achieve this in few months forward.
