As title says, is there any way to delete a forum account? I mean for users for sure, or there is just admin-magic what could purge somebody from forum?

Just forum admin only - NOT forum moderators. Unless things have changed drastically (which I doubt) only certain admins have full forum admin rights for creating / deleting accounts. (And you'll note that most of the time the accounts aren't deleted anyway, simply banned - think Karlotta ...)
