Greetings to those it may concern. If you have not heard, the Coalition has started to reach out to exchange supplies between our allies and those neutral to us. Thus I would like to extend a proposition. If the TAZ would be so kind as to allow my vessel, VI-Dschinghis, to dock and exchange trade on bases within Baffin we will bring any supplies needed to you upon request. I am extremely sorry if this request crosses the relationship boundries of the Coalition and the TAZ, and if so I do not mean to offend. So I extend this invitation out to you and await your reply.
