Agents,

The Buro is hereby ordering a halt to all Military Offenses into the New York, Colorado and California Systems. Any MND Vessels found breaking this order will be tried for Insubordination and possibly worse charges. The Buro will re-assess the importance of the Core Raids, and until such time a new notice is given, all Capital Offenses are to be stopped. This order is effective immediately.
