Can junkers pirate in places like humboldt? Or is that restricted to only gallic junkers?

That means that you can pirate everywhere but Liberty, Bretonia and Rheinland.
(Good locations could be Magellan/Cortez, Kepler/Galileo or Omega 3. Humboldt would be possible, though prepare to be engaged by Rogues on sight there.)

Woah, I guess i'm going to have to be much more careful when dealing with sirian junkers in humboldt then (when they're not .:j:.).

You cannot pirate in house space.House space is:

The Junker ID allows you to pirate everything else.Also Kusari and Gallia house space piracy is allowed for Junker ID.
You as indie are not bound to the official faction RP as well.
The Gallic Junker cannot pirate in Gallia but can in whole Sirius, house space inclusive.
