TS and camera settings - fader - 01-30-2013

Hi there,

Well i have problem with camera when using TS.

When iam in TS turning left and right makes the camera turns left and right insted of sitting in fixed position.

Strange thing is that when i hit right (left) and then fast left (right) camera stays where it should be.

There is no prob with this when using strafe or pitching.

Is there some way (ie ini file) where can i adjust this settings?

It also would nice to disable camera rotation when using ship rotation.

Hold down your left mouse button while steering.

RE: TS and camera settings - fader - 02-02-2013

Well that does not solve the problem any other ideas how to fix this?

That's how it is for everyone. If you are controlling the camera with your mouse you can make it not spin while you steer.

usually After you Press

H

Key to go in Turret mode...
Default Key to Stop the problem you said is:
Pressing

Space

key. Then you must Balance your Aiming with your Ship Position to prevent unusual Turnings.

Its broken, it worked for one beta release and none others

RE: TS and camera settings - Veygaar - 02-03-2013

It never worked, not even in .85. You just didn't have zoom back then so everyone was already turning with mouse flight and didn't notice. I got videos on my channel if you wana go look.

Well, a lot of problems would be solved if GB, Cruisers were set at 2X zoom and Battleships and transports at 3X. The steering though, it works, just not as intended.
