We are aware of the previous communications but are also aware of the timing of the incident. Regardez The situation appears even more problematic considering the leniency you thanked the government for when they retrospectively granted permission at a nominal fee, something you appear not to extend. The Manager has relented, under protest, but it is due to our respect for a fellow Gallic Corporation and to further enhance our continuing co-operation that we have allowed this. I must stress that we cannot guarantee the Captain's safety if he decides to leave his ship whilst dock on our base due to there being a lot of anger by the miners towards him! I would suggest that he restricts himself either to his Ship or the Quarters that will be kept to one side for him. I am curious, due to his previous behavior, why he wants to dock on our Storage Facility? The Amenities on there are very basic due to its location and the hostile environment it is in.
