It has come to the attention of the board of directors of the Omicron Supply Industries that you committed yourself to the building of a brand new Freeport in Omega-15. In the name of OSI, I wanted to congratulate you and your colleagues for this brilliant endeavour.
By experience, we know such a station, especially in the Omegas, requires much ardour, energy, and of course lots of materials. With that in mind, I wanted to inform you that OSI has agreed to help you carry out this project.
I know your initial business proposition was to pay our effort in diamonds, and that some of our associates are already taking up on that offer. Even so, OSI would like to extend this proposition to a fully-free help. In the spirit of the Zoner way and ideals, we consider this endeavour or yours to be too great to be commodified.
So, from here and now, our traders will bring you what you need free of charge.
However, and this deeply matters to us, this deal will only be put into practice when you and your colleagues have completely sorted out your diplomacy, business plan and business relations. Putting it frankly, we need to know what we're in.
