Nanda Devi is a heavy bomber that have a CD, Torpedo and SNAC on them, while Roc is more agile, but only 2 (Nanda Devi has 3). So, is it better to use a Nanda Devi because its a heavy?

Can you dodge?
Roc is good for taking out snubs and caps. Nanda Devi is really good for taking out caps, and less good at taking out snubs.
It really is preference mate.

What are you going to do with it? If you want to use it as a Cap killer then the Heavy Bomber, if you want to do something else then the Roc.

You guys also need to realsie the nerfs.
If your using IMG ID, Go for Nande Devri imho, if not, then use ROC unless your preference will be differend.
I am saying this because every cap killing facton has its own bombers.

Bro,what they meant to say was that each ships is better in a given situation.
The Roc will be able to dodge fighters and gunships,while delivering medium damage.
However,the Nanda Devi will get vaporized by a few fighters real quick,but on the other hand,it could deliver huge ammounts of damage.
It doesn't matter if you use IMG ID or say...or BHG,or Freelancer,or whatever ID you want.Those two ships are different classes.
The Roc is a light bomber the Nanda is a heavy one,not as heavy as the Barghest,but still,it's pretty slow and big.

I would go for Roc, can survive longer, esp after the nerf and also give some serious damage.

Different ships with different purposes. They can't really be compared like this.

Agile Roc for brawls when the enemy hhas fighter support. Roc is also Bettler against agile gunboats.
Nanda is good against everything big.
So... get both. Use when it makes sense.
