Secured Encrypted Transmission: John Doe & DSE Command - JunkerTown - 02-20-2013 Greetings and salutations John Doe and DSE command. Over the years our organizations have worked along side one another. Along the way we have even gone as far as to help each other. Whether it be working to remove a common enemy or when we share a mutual interest. So it is my pleasure to come to you today in regards to our latest project. I am sure you have no doubt seen or heard about a new base in Humboldt. This station is our newest build and so far it has not been an easy one. Surely you may recall some other previous attempts to build here and the results. The station required constant ship defenders on guard duty protecting it at all times. Every thing from independent aggressors and enemy factions made attempts to destroy the base. Still I am happy to say that the station has stood strong and is now operating at maximum capacity. The station has several weapon platforms now in place that aid in its defense. That is combined with an advanced early warning system. It alerts us whenever there is an intruder or an attack against it. All of this add to its overall safety and security. Which brings me to the reason for this message.. Well I am here to offer your miners a safer place to mine. Humboldt has been very dangerous for far too long and driving miners away. Pirate attacks and Rogue taxes have hurt ore trade in general. So the Congress wishes to insure peace and revive mining in Humboldt. To do that we have reached an agreement with various underworld groups. They have agreed that any miner or transport working for Saltese will be left alone. This means if the miner is mining ore for the station he will not be pirated. If a trader is moving necessary base supplies they will be given free passage. Any of your miners working inside the stations defensive perimeter will have full weapon support. Furthermore I would like to offer DSE safe passage and mooring at Saltese in Humboldt. The facility has already been equipped with the right modifications to handle your larger vessels. We have several transport docking bays and some capable of servicing barges. We will be paying FOUR thousand per unit of silver ore. There will be a reserve amount of space allocated for the ore that we will transport. Once we reach that amount the extra ore becomes available for sale. We will be selling it back for the same amount we purchased it for. If the base is selling ore your transports are permitted to buy it. All ore should be sold to the station while it is NOT being sold on the base. If your transports buy ore from the station they are allowed to transport it out of the system. We cannot guarantee safety outside of our defenses but maybe able to offer our own escorts at times. Provided of course they are working in support of our silver ore operations. This will make the area much safer but far from fully secured. Independent groups and other factions that are at odds with us have been known to attack. The area is a war zone with the miners, pirates and hostile factions. For that reason the station's defenses are placed on high alert. Which means if you have non official DSE ships entering the area they maybe fired upon. Unfortunately the targeting system only will identify those who are flying your flag. //Should you have ships without your DSE) tag but using the DSE ID we will need to manually add each one to the list. For quick reference we have a link posted here to show the station's policy and procedures. We can speak about all of this thru more secured channels if you wish. In closing I would like to offer you a guided tour of the facility. Following the station being completed we will have rooms always reserved for you. I appreciate your time and do hope you stop by the bar on Saltese! I'll buy the first few rounds!! |
