Short story short: an Outcast bomber pilot with the Callsign Pink.Panther has stepped over the line by (unsuccessfully) trying to pirate me in a manner that is just unacceptable.
Deliver this message to him before you shoot him down, likely simple enough for him to actually understand: "Maggots don't mess with Varus or they get crushed."
As for his area of operation I can only tell you that he was waylaying between the New York jumpgate and Riverside Station in California.

For every destruction of his ship and delivered message (also airthight proof of the whole encouter with timestamp and the works) I will pay 10 million SC up to five times (once per day per hunter, twice per hunter).
