The Oberkommando is asking itself what ALG plans to do with such an amount of ships. First a request for an Elbe-class carrier and now this - are you preparing for Krieg? Anyway, there are currently no 90-ARKM-N45s and 13-ARKM-N37s that can be spared for civilian use. All our ships are either needed on the Libertonian front or for internal security.
As for the 72-ARKM-G27s - they are the responsibility of the Bundespolizei. I suggest to contact them, if you plan to acquire those with the fitting equipment.

The request for the Elbe is the responsibility of herr Becket, head of the research department und Ich have granted him autonomy on attempting acquiring one. Ich personally did not think it would work, or would be quite difficult, to say the least, but giving a try at it cannot hurt."
"Let me assure you that ALG has no plans to initiate anything besides protecting its personal assets. Times are changing and we're experiencing heavy opposition lately by pirates and thus I deemed it prudent to gain better ways, such as with the equipment described in the last transmission, to defend ourselves."
