Hello! I am not really sure if this is the right board to ask this, but I have a few questions about being an outcast trader.
1. Which factions bases is it considered "OK" for an Outcast to dock in?
Aside from the Outcasts allies' bases, Im guessing atleast Zoners and some Junker bases. Are there any more? Am I allowed to dock in Molly or Blood Dragon bases for example?
2.Am I allowed to sell Cardamine anywhere else than Outcast and their allies' bases?

With an Outcast ID, there are no systems completely off-limits by the server rules. Anywhere you can dock without an exploit is open to you, depending on your rep. The only places you won't be able to are those rephacked to -0.55 or lower. The draft rephack table will help you work out what is happening.
There are no additional rules about what you sell and where, just that people are more likely to stop you if you have contraband like Cardamine.

The Liberty Rogues welcome Outcast Cardamine/Slaves trader docking at their bases.
