Well its hard to find someone (exept ones sindroms mentioned) that will be neutral to BMM and Mollys with actual interacting them both. Also ALG confuses me. IMG neutral to anyone who not pirates them.
Its like you ask who is neutral to Rogues, Samura, GRN and DSE. Or Hessians, Daumann, Corsairs and Order.
too odd mix of factions to get clear answer.

Can i dock with http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Series_%22DL%22_Border_Worlds_Transport with Zoner ID in House space? Someone in describing of this ship wrote that Zoners at that ship cant land in house space.

Yes you can but let me warn you that in 4.86 they totally nerfed and bugged that ship (which used to be awesome). Get a firefly instead.
Transports with more than 3600 cargo space are the ones you cant land in house space.

You can. The limitation for Zoners to land in house space is found in the Zoner ID and is the only relevant information you need.

I'd argue that BWT is still the better ship, both are similiar, while firefly has a slightly better turn rate, the BWT makes much better use of it's turrets, being able to fire around 7 to the sides, while firefly can only fire 4 in any direction if I remember right.

What factions? Lawful factions? Unlawful? What do you need to know about them?
you may just go to Wiki and reall all info about interesting you factions there. it might be easier for us and faster for you
