player base query - Elmer Fudd - 03-01-2013 How do I get a player base to allow me to buy the docking modules - I don't own the base - its a friend of mine who does. There is a docking factory and module constucted - I have tried numerous variations of the /shop command to no avail and it will not let me buy it. how do I get the base to let me buy it? RE: player base query - SMGSterlin - 03-01-2013 First, you have to supply the base with the needed materials to make a Docking Bay thing. RE: player base query - Elmer Fudd - 03-01-2013 I have the Docking module factory built built and and I have a docking module made - the base wont sell it to me. I can see the module onscreen - and my ship has 4 docking module slots so what have I done wrong? RE: player base query - Challenger - 03-01-2013 The problem is that your base has a docking module, but its default shop inventory has min, max = 10000. (Assuming it has not been changed.) Meaning it won't sell you a docking module unless you have 10,000 of them in stock. This is a default setting for new shop items, so you're going to have to get the base administrator to change the inventory settings to permit purchase. Something like: /shop price <index of docking module from /shop status> <Your desired price> <min quantity, such as 0> <max quantity, such as 100> For additional info, see Daedric's fantastic guide: Player Base Guide |
