I come asking your government for jumping rights into Rheinland. Now for the most part my mission would be to improve the economic ties between our two nations. Jumps would be limited to jumping the 3 legal companies of Kusari (Samura Heavy Industries, Kishiro Technologies, The Black Dragon Society)
But If it is wished the jumps could be expanded to include companies of your own nation. Any sort of military jumps would ahve to be discussed between our two governments as I am not able to make such decisions. Now I have tried to
Gain permission to jump before but apparently there were no laws on it. I have included the channel with my request below:

Konnichiwa gentlemen. We have no issue with Wanabe using a jump drive within Kusari space and assume his men would operate it safely in foreign space.
As we have stated our policy is:
Quote:All Kusari forces are reminded not to perform dangerous Jumps into foreign House territory, and that we will not be able to support any action outside of Kusari.Once jumped, what the ship does depends on the crew. We hope this is sufficient answer for your needs.
Secondary Fleet Admirals using Jump Drives to leave Kusari space do so at their own risk.
Incidentally, if there is a recognised rheinland jump ship to list alongside Shokaku, please let us know. We also request that you add [KNF]S-Shōkaku to your Extraordinary equipment registration list.

As per your last request they will all be Samura|- tagged vessels.
