Hello girls and guys!
I played FL some time ago on THE VOID. Since there is nobody there anymore i was looking for a good alternative FL Mod. I finally found Discovery today.
Now im looking for a Guild/Clan/etc. with funny people, which dont take themselves too seriously.
My Interests in FL are trading and protecting other players from pirate attacks.
So if there is such a Organization here, i'd like to join.

Well, first off: Welcome to Disco! Nice to see yet another soul joining the vortex.
Now... regarding factions (or guilds, as you might call them) - i suggest you browse some more on the forums/wiki and see for yourself how things look like around here. Although to point out a few ideas, protecting players from pirates it's usually Police or Freelancer work, so feel free to get some research done on that.
Either way, feel free to ask any questions you have and almost everyone here will try and help you.

Trading and protecting other players you say? I think I know what you are looking for, once you acquainted yourself with gameplay basics around here, feel free to report to Daumann Heavy Construction, mining-trading faction with tough pirates as enemies.
