Discovery does, but the serverside plugins (FLHook) do not, which jump and playerbases are a part of. What you could do is run FLServer.exe on your computer, and then connect to the multiplayer game running at IP 127.0.0.1 (which is the internet loopback address, meaning connecting to it will ask your machine to connect to itself).

There is no discovery single player mod.

to everyone who says there is no single player mod: i've downloaded 4.86 and be able to play it as single player!
on topic:
i change from 3k frighter to the 5k frighter and found the hard point for the equip, now i need a user manual to use a jump drive^^

no with single player i mean the discovery single player!
but anyway, i forgot to tell you, that i've downloaded open sirius a few days after my question. it soluted the problem by deleting the savegame
