is there any scrap to be mined in the scrap fields in NY? so far i've tried thee of the mining locations for scrap and haven't gotten a thing, i have a junker id, im shooting it with a mining laser and i'm flying the junker LF. if anyone can tell me why i'm not getting any scrap even though i should i would appreciate it.

found some scrap, the other fields just weren't droping any.

Junker LF? I'm not sure the gitano gets a mining bonus.
Use one of these instead:
CSF: A freighter with a few forward firing turrets. Useful as a light scrap miner.
Recycler: A fighter/bomber hybrid. Useful as a light scrap miner.
Salvager: A large, transport class vessel capable of mounting gunboat class weaponry.

i know crackpunch, but i picked the lf for rp reasons as it's the first junkership in the lists, im currently working out an irp reason for making the CSF and then later on the salvager.
