is there anyone willing to help me getting screenshot of waran (view from the side) in omega 7 in some 'dusty' nebula, preferably near some 'red light navigation boy'

Use singleplayer.
With editor - make yourself money and in game use console to teleport.

Yeah, pretty much what Swallow said.
You can use /cash insertcreditshere to get the credits you need and /base insertlocatiohere (e.g /base Planet Manhattan, /base Mississipi, etc. It's fairly flexible.) to end up where you need to be.
If you want one in a higher resolution the normal, a render'll be the go. You'd have to talk to some people more skilled with that then I am though.
