MINER$$$ and Ezuky have been sanctioned for:

Consequences:
MINER$$$, this is not your first time here and this time has cost you 100 million. Yes you moved the money around to other ships but I found it. I strongly suggest you take another look at the rules.
Ezuky you were chatting OOC on two different characters. You didn't have the money to pay the fine so I took the capV armor off one of your transports.
