What is Zone-21?
It is a Top Security area guarded by LSF and SA. What it contains is totally secret; Authorities will deny any evidence explaining what is happening in there. They may even kill someone speaking about it in system comm for security reasons.
Where is it?
Not far from Norfolk in the New York system. To your risks and perils to go close to it.
Who is allowed to go there?
Only LSF and SA authorities can go in the said area. (Order and Lane hackers are the only criminals having a good RP reason to go there)
Is LPI and BHG allowed in there?
No, unless authorized by an LSF or SA member
Who's authority prevail in Zone-21?
LSF has the most powers in the restricted area, They can overrule SA's decisions (SA=Southern, So LSF has more authority there)
How can I be allowed to go there?
You must contact a LSF member or SA high command whether from your ship comm link (in-game) or from your office (forums) to gain authorization to venture in the area once. Your reasons must be valid.
How Can I be permanently allowed in there?
Same as above, But You need a co-signature of Both LSF and SA high command to be permanently allowed to go in the zone.
What happen if I trespass?
You will know what Fear means. Youll die and we will explain to your family that you died of something else during a space flight.
What is happening in there?
If you were to know, you would die.

I know what you mean Patrick, They are southern alliance members, But since they have Virginia, Liberty is under their juridiction... However, They rarely go in Alaska, they stay in NY on the other side of the fence.

Same reason why the LSF are acting as the Navy and the Police.. to fill in empty holes. There is no real Northern Fleet to my knowledge, so we're just "filling in."
We generally do stay away from Colorado though. Mostly NY/CA/TX for us.

Because it is obviously a part of the game. Every player and their mother knows about Alaska and Z21, but in Roleplay, they darn well shouldn't. This is more like a guide to Roleplaying a civilian, police officer, average military officer, or run-of-the-mill outlaw in Liberty when Z21 comes up in a conversation.
I think we really did need this, although it might've been better placed in the Roleplaying Hub, in my opinion.
