Think the admins are not bias? While the server was "Down" they were actually taking out their anger on bases and generally screwing around. The shame.

I was able to sneak on the server and grab a few shots.

Maybe they were testing something. They might be considering a change to base HPs, or shields, and wanted to test some settings. I would not call that biased.
Did they actually kill any of those bases? If not? then stop yelling Bias. Ofcourse if they did kill a few? Good for you admins.
