Battleship vs. Minefield HELP - NobleGhost117 - 03-15-2013
I was looking at battleships on the wiki, and i found one I want in SP. I want the Gallic Battleship. However, I thought that before I go off and buy one that I should find out if I can even get back to Sirius with said battleship. After all, the path in the minefield is quite small...
Any answers would be helpful.

Its very easy, go to the reunion station in orkney, the opening to the path through the minefield is flanked by weapon platforms at each side. Same story when you go back, there's a station and then weapon platforms to mark the opening of the minefield. The path to Gallia through Outcast territory is a bit more tricky and tight, I'd advise the front entrance. the mines (and thus the clear path through) is much easier to see if you switch off the bloom mod by hitting shift+f12.

Which path? The one from Languedoc to Orkney is accessible by BS, and heck, I managed with a BS to do the Lorraine to O80, so, yeah..

Or, if you're a BOSS, you could try flying THROUGH the minefield. 8|

Fly through. I do it with transports all the time, so I'm sure a battleship can survive it.
