RE: To: OSI From: The Rheinland Military - Aazalot - 03-20-2013 Good Day to you Admiral. This is Voncloud, CEO of OSI. I am able to explain this with great detail and these guncam shots you have provided have aided us in our own investigations, hopefully this incident will open both our eyes to the current situation in that sector of space. We lost contact with the Northern Star about a week ago, it is one of the transports that ferries Food supplies to the Freeport's in that area, the ship and its crew returned to Gran Canaria a few days ago. Upon inspection of the ship and a debriefing with her captain, it was obvious that the ship had been hijacked by the Hessian's, the crew used as hostages to force the captain to dock at Diamont station and unload its supplies. In exchange for their lives, the captain was then forced to carry a load of uncut diamonds. I do find it worrisome that despite an attempt at a distress signal, the only time a Rheinland ship takes notice, they decide to make the vessel look like a criminal rather then prehaps checking on the ships circumstances. It does make one wonder if prehaps Rheinland only looks after Rheinlanders, especially since the Hessian's appear to have many a willing number to keep an eye on my ship to make sure it delievered its cargo right under your noses. We will however be willing to overlook the lack of aid and quick incrimination during this distressful situation my Captain and their crew had to go through since you have provided us the proof we needed in order to verify their story. This should be a more then adequate explanation and I hope it will highlight the apparent lack of control you have on the Hessian Threat. Regards Jerard Voncloud CEO of Omicron Supply Industries. RE: To: OSI From: The Rheinland Military - Aazalot - 03-20-2013 Admiral I find it disappointing that you would consider this a fake tale, I understand if we were a group of unknown Freelance Traders, but we are not, we are a professional trading company and stalwart Zoner's. However this attitude isn't entirely surprising considering the fiasco revolving around Freeport 101 not so long ago, Rheinland's reputation with Zoner's of all kinds seems to be dwindling. The Fine will be paid under protest, the Rheinland Military have again shown that their attitude towards Zoner's, is a poor one, as such I have no faith in its ability to protect my transports and so I am forced to have to hire mercenaries and re divert OSI escorts from the Omicrons in order to protect my vessels in what I thought was well defended space. Send details of the account to be paid. I hope you and your Military sleep well with your Fine, whilst we deal with the emotional aftermath the Northern Star crew have to face, this news will do nothing but hinder their recovery. J.
