Admiral,

It is the finding of the Buro that the alleged hijacking of OSI vessel 'Northenstar' by hessian operatives for the purpose of forcing a shipment of illegally mined uncut diamonds from the hessian stronghold of Diamant is highly unlikely.

There has been no credible evidence to suggest that a hijacking took place, and reliable sources have indicated that no such operation executed.

Several top experts on Hessian operations, including Doctor Pausanius of the Ravenholm Institute, have concluded that this manner of hijacking is very irregular for the hessians, as they appear to have their own means of export - and trader interactions, apart from credit and cargo piracy or terrorism, are rare.

The BDM recommends extradition of the pilot and crew of the vessel in question for further investigation into the matter, however, it is highly likely that the alleged hijacking is a fabrication.

On the topic of Operation Schweinhammer, all preparations have been made. Two light interdiction battlegroups have been deployed, and are ready to strike if and when the orders are given.
