Dear BMM,
We are a group purely focused on BAF at the moment. We see that the Leeds system is washed with GRN forces and Mollys even though it supplies a lot of resources. We would like to support the war in there as we can. Therefore, we as an independent group, we request permission to build a base and mine the area in Leeds (4f4g). Together with a safe haven we want to create a storage. This would be a great advantage for your clan. Please let me know whether you are interested.

Hello, uh, whoever you are.
Flier, is it? Look lad, you're a long way off getting the certification to get a base up and running, but at least you've gone and asked. I'm afraid you'll have to ask the lovely ladies in the department of infrastructure at the government's offices, or some bureaucratical nonsense like that. I'm forwarding this transmission over to them so they can begin proceedings with you.
It is our field mind you, and we will still need to give approval later in the process. Good luck lads, whether you're mining or with the Baffies or... whatever.
