"Greetings, ZHR director

My name is Dan Silince, and my story is one of the peculiar one. Back in the days I was a Navy officer, very back in the days, so let's forget that. I'm a solo operative, private agent on a personal close-frame business with Gallia (which is not ready to end -well).

Recent events have changed my situation for the most: I am now a captain, with a crew of my own. Ahoy. Let me get into the details with that. We, all juddering crew that we are, fly on board of a cruiser-class Zoner vessel designated "Whisper of Hope". The main use of this ship, as it has been settled from the very beginning of our shared project, was to make our ship a ship for living, offering technical support and medical care to ships and people in need. Definitely not as a battle station despite its tonnage. We tend to travel with it flagged as "Zoner", because it fits what you do and how you do it. And we are solid supporters of those how try to maintain the space free of control and struggling politics. Ain't an easy job, and we, me in particular, don't like those with the "bigger guns" who crash other ships just because they think they're better with them.
I'm not that kind of captain.

So, to sum up real fast, we're a little alive settlement, with a majority of Zoners (in fact) and a lot of other families from all Sirius 'round. Count us 300 people average, lot of them work on deck. The majority of the main leading crew, on its side, is composed of ex-pilots and mercenaries who have gathered around me to realize this little project. We have salvage this deteriorated unit from the T-44, though it was still floating and full of people despite its terrible condition. The occupants were kind and really interested by our affairs, and they agreed to make the trip it all the way back Baltimore for exceptional renovation to their ship there. A big struggle and less money later, the ship was ready to sail again. It couldn't be put back a hundred percent in a prime shape, but now it flies swiftly and sharp. And, more importantly, the results have satisfied everybody: a busting new home for one, a ship with tremendous future for others.

Then we got transmissions of your work and efforts when sharing our experiences with other long-runner spacecrafts, and along our daily road. We were intrigued to notice that they match our owns. And as captain of this ship, everyone agreed to oversee a possible integration into your rank. I am a friendly accustomed fellow of Zoners of all kind (outcasts, ex-civilians, dreamers, active defenders), so I am aware that a cruiser "Fearless" isn't the most appropriate ship you would see fit for medical specialization, but as it IS the main purpose this ship, I require that this ship maintain its function among your ranks as an exception ("Medical Corvette" fits the deal). It still remains reliable as a fast escort and a quick operator, and a decent fire-support in case of extreme situations.

That free medical care project of yours is our first of interest. Of course, we may help you on any topic you may find interesting to study and act.

Me and my crew are impatient to receive more news about you. Until then, I wish you a good day, sir, and a safe fly in your journey.

Sincerely,
-Dan Silince"

Tell us a little about yourself: Captain of a self-flagged "civilian cruiser for living". Passengers are mostly permanent and off any political state. We help others in need of a (temporary) home or a temporary safe-point.
Why you want to join ZHR: To keep doing it, better. Providing better grounds for a better help. Concerted work works for the best.
How can you help Sirius: You already know what we do.
