Hello respectable managers from Kruger/ALG. Long time has passed as we contacnetd Rheinland companies due to difficulties we expirience in our every day life, but we think that every time is good for new and fresh ideas.
I have studied relations beetwen Your coorporations and found that ALG are important bondholders of Kruger shares from the end of 80 year war, which is backgroud of Your close relations.
We have monitored poor stance of Kruger ecconomic endaveours toward
Hessian "revolutionries" agenda, but either our attention has catched the fact that ALG somehow achieved to be in neutral stance with hessians.
I wondered about Your appinion if We, the zoners of omega 15 could buy a significant percentage of bonds of Kruger to make a mixed capital holder company with no majority sharepart...
What is the point of such proposal? ... well mixed ownership would mean that we could accomodate Kruger company policies more toward some standards acceptable to those who doesnt support corporatocratcs agendas, but in same time provide work for rheinlander people and profits to ALG haulers.
Rheinland goverment will even get something to bash its chest by expanding Rheinland interests in omega 15 sector without risky ventures.
Consider this not as proposal , just asking Your appinion, regarding all occurences lately in omegas and so.
If You find this idea worth exploiting , we would like to know what is excact shareholder structure of Kruger minerals, what is ALG part , we presume Rheinland goverment has significant or even majority share in it and how much shares left in domicile Kruger decendant families company workers and eventually third parties.
For now i think it is more than enough , however there are plenty of important issues to be considered later. We await feedback.
