Hello, I quit the game a good while ago and thought I'd come back and play the game again although It seems all my characters are gone. Are there any way to retrieve these?

When was the last time you logged them? No need for a precise time, just like, a month or something

Around June 2012, atleast for most of the accounts. My main probably October or something, not really sure.
