Players Sanctioned: WidowMaker and Blue_Azzuri - Hawk - 04-04-2013
WidowMaker and Blue_Azzuri have been sanctioned for:
Quote: 5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences:
The rule is very clear. Simply typing engaging is not a sufficient engagement notice. At the very least it should indicate who you are attacking and why. We'd like to see a little more role play. Both ships are now without guns, but have gained sanction notices in their holds.

ok i get all the rules now ,, but what i wanna know is what i actualy got banned for .. was it being accused of going into porterico ? or was coz some junker got rude to me and after trying to rp it out and the guy was spouting rubbish i told him to grow up ? or was the fact when im shot at i shot back ? i have only won one pvp engagment since i have been here and im slowly learning to pvp .. and i only engaged by typing engaging when i was in group with a other player who was attcked .. we both have liberty ifff and ids .. and the others where red and i do belive he strated it .. but hay ho .... you guys seem to know how you want it to work .
and i appricate the job must be hard . as i was admin many moons ago on a diferent server .... but would like to know if i get me guns back ? and what im suppose to do with the ting in my hold ?
