First of all, we want to apologize for the behavior of one of our Dons. He is known to experience certain attitude towards non-Maltese. We ask for understanding in this matter, as well as to inform us should our XTF representative Don or his people instigate hostilities towards TAZ or other Zoners. Should that happen, we will conduct investigation, as well as we will not insist on your neutrality towards XTF faction.
Second, we apologize for actions of bearing our papers cruisers Rioreusu and Ganototosu. Rest assured, their actions were not authorized in any degree, and measures against these alleged Outcasts were taken.
Third, we acknowledge and respect your rights to restrict access to Baffin system and congratulate you on the completion of the defense network. We consider the establishment of this defense grid expected, generally unrelated to actions of Outcasts, including aformentioned cruisers, and appropriate for security and traffic control of Baffin system.
Forth, we acknowledge, are grateful and consider your giving of the guest status to the major Outcast factions and groups as appropriate. To avoid ambiguity, we define the following list of them: [101st], [13th], CL), [WoL], [XTF].
Fifth, given the certain strategical value of Baffin system for the cargo traffic of independent Maltese vessels, we consider it appropriate to attain the right to apply for the guest status on your permission channel on behalf of those cargo vessel captains which may require it.

I'd like to add my thanks to you and all others who've chivied, wi'out a wink o'sleep, behind the scenes to sort this lot out. Heartening is the word and the effort involved is appreciated. It would have been a fine old thing to see the TAZ and Outcasts start denting each others hulls after all these years of accord.
