Good day Directores

This is Ldr. Thomas Henrikson

I contact you on behalf of ZHR, for the Contribution to,
help whit the Building the Satellite Defends Station.
So that in near future, we will be able to lunch the,
Z.E.C also know as Zoner Emergency Channel.
Whit the Treat of Nomads attacking, and what looks
to be a full scale war in the Omicrons, we find this to
be one of the most importent Projects ad the Time,
there fore we ad the ZHR have stoped nearly all other projects.
also as you might know this Satellite Defends Station is also a
contribution to the Growing task that the [COF] have to deal whit
on a daily basis.
Beside this we have two small ship projects
1st Project:Horizon
2nd Project:Atmosphere
That we hope you will help Build also on a later date.

Dr. Henrikson,

My apologies for the slight delay. We on the board needed to discuss the matter thouroughly. After such discussions, we have decided that we assist your group in the construction of the Satellite Defense Station. All we need now is the amounts of materials that are required, so we may process them and schedule the shipments for you.

Having seen your stations in the recent past, I am quite sure we can bring the project to a quick and successful closing. Of course The board would also like to extend its interest in the other projects you mentioned, but the details of those can be discussed at a later date.

The board finds these prices acceptable, and we will begin scheduling shipments to the station as soon as we are able. Im sure our pilots will glady take advantage of your offering of H3 on the return trip as well.

I am sending you the files for the project as promist, i hope that they will give some better inside in what is going to happen on the build side, and also provide some better and more useful info, that you can pass on to the board you are representing.
keep in mind that the file is a work in constant progress,so be sure to check from time to time, if there should be any changes.
I will do my best to keep you informed ad all times, and on how things are going, and hope that you will inform me if there is something you think we can do smarter.

Dr. Henrikson,

Thank you for getting these files to us. They should be of great value to us in scheduling shipments to your facility. However, I do have one suggestion for you, and also a question. Firstly, It would be incredibly helpful if you could give us a rough list of what materials are needed for the entire project, beyond what you have already given us. With such a list, we would better be able to ensure that our shipments are relevant to the current constructions on station as the construction progresses. We wouldn't want to clutter up storage bays with materials that are not needed.

Also I was curious if you wished our pilots to append evidence of their deliveries to that file or not? Just so I can inform our pilots of proper procedures to follow, you understand.

OSI is happy to be of assistance in this undertaking, and do let us know if we can be of further assistance.

I will update the Files whit the exact number of materials needed
for each build stage, so you can keep a track on it.
there will be no need for Pictures of Deliveries, and i will keep close track
on each part of the stages, and keep you updatet ad all times as much as i can.
